Biography
Hugo Panonacle developed a passion for classical music alongside his musical training at the Conservatoire. A native of Arcachon, he began playing the piano at the age of four. From an early age, he saw music as a formidable ally in defending various causes. The proceeds from the first concert he gave at the age of fifteen were donated in full to UNICEF. Hugo holds a Diplôme d'études musicales and is eligible to enter the Paris Conservatoire in 2021.
During his university career, he promoted the dissemination of classical music at Sciences Po. As early as 2018, he proposed to the management the creation of a specific curriculum for professional and aspiring professional musicians. Four years later, the project was approved, and a high-level artist status was introduced for the start of the 2023-2024 academic year. In September 2021,Hugo founded the Sciences Polyphonies student association. The aim of this organization is to promote classical music in the university environment by organizing chamber music concerts featuring with talented student musicians and international soloists. He is the association's artistic direction of the association for two years before stepping down from the board. A graduate in diplomacy and international affairs and Honorary President of Sciences Polyphonies, he wished to maintain his commitment to his Alma mater by taking on the presidency of the Alumni Music Club.
